WHAT CENTERS ARE RUMORED TO CLOSE? PLEASE DO TELL.

So many are saying that by May it should be announce, WELL it's that time already May 2nd is Monday. So what is rumored to close for sure?! Please put state and department!

AT&T amazes me in the few yeArs that I've been there how they push us in the ENTERTAINMENT GROUP to sale sale sale I have been in both departments retention and sales and it is overwhelming and beyond crazy! They loose a lot of people due to PRICE AND LIES!!!!!

Some of this QUOTAS are ridiculous and when you don't meet you are out, SMH!

I'm glad don't have a family to support just yet but If I did .....wow it would drive me insane WORKING FOR A COMPANY THAT FEELS LIKE EVERYDAY IS MY LAST DAY , IS BONKERS!!!!!!!!!

I work in Huntsville and Hung Le stated the other day that great changes are coming by the end of the month. Things that we will really appreciate.

Boise just canned 4 of the 6 QA people (they have a different name now but it was the old QA group) and they are going to announce a TL "reduction" and some managers will be eliminated this coming week. TLs will get 60 days of pay and the ability to use the call center facilities, but will not have to come it

In Tulsa, OK Our frontline tech agents have been reduced by almost 50% since January. That's a reduction of almost 500 jobs! In the last 3 days a large number(8-10) of Mid Level Management (mostly Team Leaders) were given their notice of separation. Have been on a hiring freeze since December. They have been busy replacing American employees with call centers in the Philippines, Columbia, El Salvador, San Salvador and Another to be rumored in South Korea. I used to enjoy working for DIRECTV ever since the Merger AT&T has tried to make our lives hell to reduce the staffing before they lay everyone off sometime in the Fall. Has been a constant state of changing policies that are pro separation.

Denver, Tulsa and Missoula are all but gone.

I can't wait for that Florida call center to close. One of the people on this board is beyond obnoxious with how they're so worried about their one call center but doesn't care about anyone else.

Denver QA was also eliminated today.

My team was told we are surpluses today. Missoula (legacy D). We are QA. I heard some TLs and TMs would also get 60 day notices today.

may 13th is the date. 40-50% of entertainment group will be gone
