The only last question that I would like to know is on the outsourcing of jobs. Other than that, it does not seem bad.
I would be surprised if they did not. The union won for its people, and the company won the one concession that was critical to them on the pension. 30 year cap is not bad, and a long time to be at Verizon.
That is a successful negotiation. Everyone gets what they need.

Yes, Company told union their last offer stands. If union does not come back on Monday all workers will be replaced.
The company's latest offer is on the Yahoo stock page news for verizon.
Interesting. More money for raises, job security but pensions still frozen at 30 years.
