Rumors flying they are coming out with some incentive package. Just wondering if anyone heard anything. The 3-3-1 rumor is making it's rounds again. I know that will never happen ,but nice to dream.

Every org was told that. People just like to have something to talk about and like to dream.
There will be no more enhanced/early retirement packages.
Collins org was told no early retirement options.
what is the 3-3-1 plan?
if your Union it's in the contract (even if it's a contact year) a severance /buy out is offered.
I'm assuming your referring to management
Dream on. They made is abundantly clear last time they offered buyouts that there would be no more coming.
