This expected. Just look at HP for blueprint of what will happen. This management team knows only how to do this. They are not too talented and will run Oracle into the ground like HP. What cloud? AWS, Azure, and GCE is killing them. They have no vision and just a bunch of garbage they try to peddle as cloud. Look at the finance lawsuit against cooking the books? None of the Oracle employees are surprised.
Most cloud is not ready for primetime but management wants to show Wall Street cloud growth no matter what.
Who tells you oracle hires more staff in China? Actually we are all waiting for layoff to get the compensation because nobody is really working hard for company.This is because company has been hurting all staff much that high management only know their main duty is to reduce cost and pay less money to employee, no salary raise, no bonus for years. Cost control achievement is high management's KPI, more cost is controlled, more salary and stock option they earn.
