Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

Could Dave remain CEO after the deal fails? Seems like it might be a conflict of interest given what Baker has disclosed about its products.

Dave and Jeff should be showed the door by the board if the merger doesn't go thru. I can think of 3.5 billion reasons why.
