This is strategy? Seems more like someone had a temper tantrum. You would think people earning 18 million would choose their words more carefully. Someone is getting paid too much and it isn't the union.

Whether or not Sanders wins is what is irrelevant to this discussion.
Many millennials admire Bernie Sanders and they will also feel insulted when he or his views are described as "contemptible".
Wouldn't it have been a smarter move to say something else? Maybe talk about Verizon's charitable contributions?
I don't agree with Verizon's current direction, I support Bernie Sanders, but for the sake of argument,
give me 18 million, and some info, and I will write a better piece than that. What the heck, I could do it for 1 million. I'm not working right now
Bernie is a tool and a loser. Just like the fools that follow him.
Maybe McAdumbs has just as much PR savvy as he has telecom business savvy.
Or maybe it could be that Lowell didn't care cause he knew realistically Bernie had no shot so insulting him was irrelevant
