That is only a good deal if you get something useful from them. Otherwise you are throwing your money away. Based on the quality of software produced, it would appear that Follett family is happy to throw their money away.
The average Follett India employee makes 10,000 per year, and that is a fact. Granted they are subcontracted through TCS, Infosys etc.
