700 shares...if its ok to ask how many years with the company? enough to "retire" or did you push to get you're RSA shares? I have a lot of shares in RSA from the past 5 years and wondered how to negotiate to keep this if laid off...i assumed you just loose them?
I received over 700 shares of restricted stock in Feb. Got laid off in march. Halliburton pulled these shares from my 401k then after Lasers approval the restrictions were removed and all shares were put back in my 401k under the Individual account.
if you're one of the lucky ones who is still CVA eligible you will get RSA
The answer is a flat NO!
too early man...wait till end of may before you get worried. they never award before then.
