I am management one of the striking workers told me to look at this site. The truth is we are trying to put out fires everywhere in the footprint, its not going very well but I'm sure you are aware of this. Very few installations are being done, although we are being told the work is being done, we aren't being told the truth. The CEO is being told what he wants to hear, reality is not afforded at this time. The most important tool they feel they have is to convince everyone Rome isn't burning.

Managers/union members...all need to stand up and fight. I've watched managers destroy moral and destroy lives always apologizing for doing it " Im sorry I have no choice" and I believe them. The higher ups gave a standing order l Pick people at random and then ruin their lives"! Pressure them until they quit or have a heart attack. The managers are scared for their jobs so they do it.
I work for Vz and I am not naïve enough to know what I see them to others is what they will someday do to me.
Secondly what has our leadership done to deserve anyone's respect, you have sat through the same meetings I have despicable way to treat employees who are just there to satisfy our customers. Everyone of us should be ashamed of ourselves for carrying out policy which we new would damage our employees our responsibilities our values.
Lets face it EWAers we aren't fooling anyone thats why I posted. These people are my employees and friends not the enemy. They have been put through the ringer for years you cant beat people for this long and not expect retaliation. I for one stand with my employees who in most of the managers eyes are respected professionals.
