For every 1000 applicants half cant pass a crim check that leaves 500 then half wont pass drivers license check that leaves 250 half wont pass testing 125.5 half cant pass drug test 62.75 half wont pass pole climbing that's 31.375 then half will wonder whether this is worth a temporary position that's 15.6875 then half will get hurt because of expedited or online training that's 7.84375 then there's the first week of piling the jobs on working in adverse weather dangerous areas all kind of customers 3.921875 good luck fellows its a temp job.

We are understaffed to begin with then they layoff employees riff any management that knew the osp it will never be adequately staffed unless the current leadership expands the business and realizes we are a communication company and not google or facebook we are the pipeline not the content. Our current CEO thinks he's running an app store talk about stepping over a dollar to pickup a dime.
Actually the loss rate for a I&m technician is higher if extended 3yrs. Now throw in ltsd temp relows forced ot you cant wait for time off without pay for stopping to use the restroom just to get a break.
