i agree, but if you are not an office worker, that would be impossible...... The guys out there on the floor doing the work are just doing what we are told. We seen all of those college grads, looked like some of the, were fresh out of diapers, and tell us how to run a machine or do what we have been doing for a long long time. I still say that they were on some kind of spending frenzy and nobody up top questioned anything....... I never seen anything like that. But to your point, yes you are correct, but the problem was much deeper than just the site management, it was everything. To me the out of control spending was the biggest contributing factor of the CE Coe failure........

Laid off last year from COE and the problem is the management, also blame yourselves for not standing up with your co-workers when they needed support from Y'all. Instead you kept your mouth shut and kept your job a little longer. Never let a company single out honesty. Always get together, agree on the problem and everyone sends the same email to the right people! Blow The Whistle! Now it's too late.

you are correct, we all were wondering how they could get away with all that spending, never understood what was going on. When we first opened up we made a lot of production, the economy took a nose dive and we were never able to recover. I agree, if they didn't spend so much money in the beginning, I agree, we could have weathered this out. But, too late now!!!!

and then to make matters worse, they promoted all the idiots that made these goofy spending decisions...... And they still have jobs but everyone else, well, you know...... They all are looking for jobs!

thats what David Swirderski, Tony Wham, David Mutala and the rest of the college management dumbasses did, right out of college, hired in and run a good PSL into the ground because of the inexperience..... Also, Accenture and obviously diamond Dave Lessar played a big role as well.....

That's what happens When you give an open check book to the inexperienced collage grad idiot. They ran it into the ground and now a lot of good people are out a job and career. It would appear that they did this purposely, but you would have to have been there to experience whAt I witnessed. They really were like a bunch of kids in a candy store with an open check book..... Everything and anything got approved. The new building and property cost about 23m and the PSL allowed these idiots tour run up an additional 60 plus million additional unnecessary spending. The PSL was unable to pay their monthly capital depriciation on all the additional machines and equipment that they purchased and installed for no reason other than to just spend the money. It seems it was easier to say yes to all those stupid requests rather than tell the idiots NO..... A simple no, we do not need to spend would have worked. If they would not have spent all that money, the PSL might have been able to weather out the storm. Sad, very sad.......

There are some that should have been let go a long time ago. Back stabbing lying bitches. There are some that should have retired. Ineffective cry babies. They let good people go early in the process that should still be there. Halliburton is messed up. I will never work for them again.
