Ricky Gervais - Losing!!

It's funny to see VZ responding to Steve Harvey's TMobile commercial with Ricky Gervais. TMobile must have gotten under its skin!! Steve Harvey is way funnier and much more convincing. The #1 network is such a tired promo -- how many more times must consumers hear it! Millennials could care less about better - they want value. VZ's marketing is so tired and stale - maybe they should hire TMobile's marketing team!!

Sprint responded publicly and laughed this one off. Verizon is scared. Sprint and T Mobile cam smell the fear.

That commercial sucked. But then again, everything Verizon does sucks. Good job T shirt guy, you should get a raise.

Ricky is funny with other things, but not on the VZ ad -- it's boring!! Racist...really? WOW!! Try to be a bit more cerebral!!

Ricky Gervais looks like he wants to be anywhere else but than in that Ad. It's not humorous or clever at all. Ricky Gervais was funny in The Office UK, and on Extras, but, now he just mail's it in as a money grabbing, check cashing pitchman for a Sh*ty phone company. Sad.

Verizon leadership is like any good politician. They tell the shareholders what they want to hear and hide the truth.

It's hard to find the numbers on Hum and go90 subscriptions, usually that's not a good sign.

Can't wait to hear the Shammo lies spewed out regarding VZ Q1 performance: go90 off to a slow start, HUM being irrelevant, subscriber growth being flat at best? $113 billion in debt and counting. The gravy train is over for this bloated, arrogant corporation.

Recent studies show loyalty to a brand or company is diminishing quickly. Customers will go for the best bang for their buck. When Verizon realizes that wireless consumers want unlimited uncapped data, and provides it, it will be a win for the company and for the consumer.

Ironically, I can't recall the last time I saw a commercial or advertisement for wireline services.

Op, completely agree. The old men that are running the company into the ground, thought that they would bring this hip, funny speaking, tight T-shirt wearing guy on board and this would suddenly make VZ "Cool." People have always and will always want value above all else. If Verizon were to build fios throughout the U.S. and bundle it together with wireless they would control both markets. Instead, VZ's old men at the top, will continue to make piss poor investments and allow the competition to blow past us.

Nope, as a former employee I don't want to see them fail. I want to see them gone... Every board member, every suckling Executive down to the 15+ year no nothings that stayed while producers got cut.. When you deal with a culture of complete incompetence, you start looking.. I was already in the job market when they decided to do the cut's had something lined up and just waited until the severance kicked in to accept... They love using people, Credo, yea cool aid... Follow the credo and you'll find the best path for current employees is to leave... If they offer you a package take it, In a few months with the way Corp America is going you'll be lucky to get a months severance. IBM may have cut it to on month, but Bloomberg one upped them... You get Nothing from them...

T-Mobile employees, Verizon employees, and ex-Verizon employees want Verizon to fail. But I am sure they will do great in India .... since they are the primary employer.

Because those employees work for T-Mobile.
