Thread regarding Follett layoffs

As the song says.................... Hello.............. is it me your looking for???? Follett's care to respond or do you all live in rural areas where you can't be found. What in GOD name would your daughter, cousin, friend think of what you have done?

There is only one Follett on the 9th floor. The remainder are in nice houses with little stress enjoying life. They are not involved with the day to day business. As long as the dividends keep coming they are happy campers. I would be too.

Really don't want their comments on these posts. It would be more beneficial if they would only read them and realize some Follett employees have great experience and terrific ideas. They could take notice of the comments and start to turn the negativity around which in turn would effect the company in a beneficial way.

The CIO is the laughing stock at Follett. Jos A Banks even laughed and told us good luck with that! He just filled a position with no business acumen. A pet from MLS days. Surprised the new CEO didn't remove him and others and brought his own staff, no matter who it would be, would be better than these guys.

None of them care. They all get their money and could give 2 sh ts about the people who actually do the grunt work.

I've heard enough management lies to last me a lifetime. They can spare me any more.

They don't care about people like you and myself! They don't know what it's like to struggle to raise our families and pay our bills. I've seen plenty of this in the area that I live, and the bottom line is what's important to them. This isn't sour grapes, just the way it is. Keep on keeping on.
