Cisco announced they are going to re-org the entire 25k engineering department. This usually mean that a LR/LO will follow. Earnings is coming up soon, so its right around the corner when LR usually happens. Also, I'm hearing from a finance person a bigger LO is coming in oct. I just hope you guys don't get IBM'ed (meaning you will get more than 1 month severance). Can the previous poster comment on what package he/she received?

Was just laid off from Cisco. Not aware of others yet but came suddenly and potentially as part of a larger reorg
