Sounds like an EVP game. Make the region and the store take the loss on the write down. Consolidate inventory and list on Amazon. Give up all margin, but the top line number looks OK. Get a promotion. Hire another VP from Kmart.

The days when Follett tested the waters to sell under different names, only to screw up and send from efollett boxes instead of their other entity.
Then why do I have to write off so much dead stock that could easily sell for something on Amazon?
