Because we hired the Kmart chumps and the Jos A Bank chumps to work in a business they have no clue but to bring it to complete and utter uselessness. They took products and made them even crappier than crap. They spent money like it was going out of style. Having their little lap boys attempt to wear big boy pants when Daddy isn't around. And this is what happens. A fine company turn to $h!t. The CEO should of replaces the senior management as soon as he walked in the door. That would of brought Follett around and gave a wake up call.
