SS and the others just got back from India so he was probably giving an update on the trip to India, the restaurants they ate at, the hotels etc.

Amazon charges a commission of 18% on every sale. Have to wonder if Follett has other channels to sell these titles. 18% means new books are out and only used have enough margin to cover that commission.
Today, It appeared there was a discussion between SS and some IT guy (maybe a new Indian guy?) Seen him over on the 10th floor...maybe a new consultant hired to evaluate IT.

They could recognize Amazon not as a competitor but as the marketplace that it is and start selling on Amazon.
Despite other flaws NEEBO made millions in sales selling on Amazon.
Only arrogance would make Follett say Amazon customers money isn't good enough for them.

expect IT to take another hit, mostly those under 5 years and no severance for those individuals.
