The house needs to be cleaned in general. Each AC and FA manager should have roughly 40 employees under each one of them. Each school has a dean and they do not do much of anything either. However, a dean is needed to put down on paper to make the DOE happy. The most useless bunch are the senior director and the directors. None of them serve a purpose now that they have dean's for each school. Sandip really does not do anything all day but pretend to be running reports now and then, pretending to be cool and harassing the women. Can you say creeper? His voice would creep everyone out. The same with Puckett, he really did nothing all day but pretend to be important. He always had this $hit eating grin on his face like he was better than everyone. Ryan, he pretty much banged his boss all day. Their affair was well known throughout the management group. Sam walked around all day. Tracy played sick all the time. Jan, same thing, played sick. I heard they got rid of that harasser Durling, he was useless as tits on a boar. Bronson, Kristen, Currington and Carrie serve no purpose either. All the people mentioned are literally paycheck collectors. These people were all direct coworkers of mine. We used to all protect one another but things got dirty towards the end. Before I left the company, it was everyone for themselves. I really can't believe the new company keeps those people on. Oh yeah, butt licker Kyle was the worst of the bunch. His brown nosing buddy Sandip was right there in a nose to nose heat for biggest a$$ kissers. He had his nose so far up Kyle's @$, it was sickening. Kyle is the only reason that dot head got promoted. Everyone hated him because he was also a racist who hated white people. Rumor had it he used to do lots of cocaine with Robert. Those two would get bombed and go to bars and strip clubs all the time. This was well known as well. To think these are the people running finance. No wonder the company has gone belly up. Just my two cents.

Reporting anything to HR is an utter waste of time. We have reported managers for all manner of inappropriate behavior including having someone else do their job using their login. All they got was the oh you shouldn't do that. HR is an absolute joke. They are only there to fire non management staff and facilitate layoffs. They do not care what people are doing or why they willing chose to leave. Going to HR is almost like signing ones own death warrant.

Oh, and let me just say how disappointing it is to see someone that worked for a college that is not capable of using proper English. Your grammar is embarrassing. It is easy to see why you are bitter. Had you been more educated, I imagine you could have gotten one of those management positions and since you explained how you all backed each other up, you could have enjoyed the same fringe benefits of long lunches, sex with co-workers, shopping during your shift, etc.

It is a shame you don't realize you are part of the problem. You discuss knowledge of harassment, inappropriate relationships, misappropriation of time, but all of those things have a simple solution. One call to human resources, or a group of affected individuals can lead to the house cleaning you reference. Everything you describe is unfortunately more common than people realize in the workplace, especially large call center environments. Where was all this angst when you worked for UOP?

There are still managers that have 5 to 12 people on their team and literally do nothing but do homework in cube or go to the gym all day. So many lazy ass managers/directors that do nothing to create revenue are the leading reason for the poor poor morale. All managers/directors do is cash in a check every couple of weeks. As a rep I HAVE to enroll students or else, I HAVE to get recommendations or else, I HAVE to retain students or else and my lazy ass manager does nothing but do a one on one meeting with us once a week and then disappear for the rest of the week. You stupid managers/directors think we don't know that you are gone getting pedicures, getting your hair done, getting your car detailed, screwing people on your own team--well we know!!! The stupid company is getting exactly what it deserves. Managers and directors don't put in a full days works and that's one major reason why the company continues to do so poorly. You won't get buy in from your frontline (enrollment) if you (manager/director) are pissing off your day shopping for your kids. By now you would think they would have cut managers and directors since they basically do nothing all day. Its going to continue to sink and innocent students will be the ones to pay the price for the negative connotations associated with UOPX. Don't kid yourself managers and directors we don't get any guidance from you and we can't count on you to help us because you are never around. Have you noticed those a--holes are long gone by the time it hits 3pm while the rest of the enrollment staff have to stay much later. Problems with students don't disappear just because its 3. Work like your team and you might start to see this loser enterprise turn around. I am holding on by a thread just because I want to see more managers and directors cut! I have seen the same mismanagement for years its gotta end.
