Former co-founder John D. Murphy has written about the downfall of University of Phoenix in "Mission Forsaken." But I'm sure there is a better book to be written, especially if one can detail the inner-workings of University of Phoenix over a signifcant period of time. Greg Smith's "Why I Left Goldman Sachs" serves as a great template. In the book, Smith admits he "drank the Kool-Aid" but could not deal with the mass corrution as he moved up the ladder. At the end, he could not ignore that Goldman Sachs was working against many of ther own clients (the dumbest ones referred as "Muppets").

Truth...they have to sign a document that says they won't say a word or they lose everything that was promised to them. Which from what I understand, is a lot.
