Thre are things that never change, you can Put "lipstick on a pig" - always a pig, a rhetorical expression, that implies a futile attempt to disguise the true nature of their business intent, where AT&T is king, with a history taking advantage of it's customers
That's normal business for at&t. That''s how they treat their loyal customers, you are just a number. You see you are paying your bill monthly and that's their only concern.
