Do onto others as others do onto you. Follett is no long the Follett at was for the last 140yrs. It has taken a turn to the worst since the move to Westchester. Find a new career because they no longer value employees who were dedicated to the company.

Unfortunately for Follett, there is not enough time to rebuild the respect they tore down. There is no reason to believe that competitors will continue to eat Follett's lunch. Just when there is progress, they cut benefits and layoff employees again.

I also respect rattlesnakes.
If Follett respects you, then you are more inclined to respect the company. If you have been disrespected, especially as part of the retail team, then your feelings are likely to reflect that. For Follett to heal and become a respected employer again, there is a lot of critical work to get done over the next few years.
