I'm sure they kept the managers around by moving them to other teams. I don't understand Halliburtons fixation with managers. I'm not like half the people here who think managers don't do shit. But there's absolutely no reason to have a manager for every team now that most teams are down to just 5-6 people. I think the upper management is just asking for numbers without looking into the structure and what's going on at the lowest level. I was laid off last week from NB.
