Believe it or not, plans are already drawn up for a second round of redundancies for Houston area contingent on Q2 performance. When will the bleeding stop???? How profitable can we be with the constant threat of redundancies?

Battle Red, yet another buzz word invented by some consultant who was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to sell Halliburton a bill of goods, to make it appear that the company was cutting edge
Battle Red - what a joke. Useless!
Shit beater redneck company no matter how much shine you put on it...not a bad thing either
I am especially surprised how these new people conduct themselves as if we are really...
Wow must of struck a nerve with someone. Probably another 10yr Battle Red reject who thinks they know what the company needs to stay afloat. And I beg to differ if you think the almighty ( Integration Team ) are top-quality you probably voted for Trump also and have been drinking way too much of the Halliburton Kool-Aid. Might want to crawl out from under someones desk and get a breath of fresh air.
Spoken by a true know-nothing loser who doesn't even know the actual name of the group. On the contrary, the Integration Team (if the acquisition goes through) will perform vitally important functions. I was part of the Dresser merger in 1998, and that was a real mess. No decent plan to manage the influx of new people, disastrous upper management snafus, terrible transition to Halliburton culture, and years before the company was back to being really productive. The Baker acquisition will bring in far more employees and will fail without proper planning and action.
I am not part of the Integration Team but know many on it. Most are top-quality folks who contribute to Halliburton's success - it would be a shame to lose them.
.
Transition team top of list Mostly X-Managers with no place to return cut them loose. Really what does a Transition team do anyway oh yeah they make sure the branding is the same new coveralls and new Logo very important stuff.
