The problem with rif'ing high salary employees is that for the most part they were the producers, the movers and shakers who made NDF successful. Now you are going to have to compete against most of those ~ does not bode well for da Park. Non competes only last so long. Mud biz has always been about service and relationships ~ not products. No balls Vollands has no clue, Howes is just about as bad. Smell a buyout coming on.
They cut the ones with the largest salaries, meaning they can RIF fewer people. With no work coming up anyway - who cares if the remaining employees are competent? It's about survival.
