I been with the co for a short time under a year. What'll happen if I tell HR I volunteer to be WFRd? Will they make me pay back relocation? My contract says I have to pay reloc costs if I get fired or if I quit b4 a year is up. What'll happen if I tell HR I volunteer to get WFR?

by the way hr sucks they dont know anything. you cant even call them, only talk via chat and they dont know nothing they transfer you to payroll.

Quitting seems synonymous to offering yourself for WFR so I think that pretty well answers your question, however if in doubt ask HR...
