I call them hypocrites because they come back from their weekly disappearing act and try to hold people accountible for the exact same nonsense they are pulling. For sure, none of those people show up or when they do they vanish within an hr. I think you are talking about my worthless manager JN. He writes people up yet the guy is either out running or campaigning. Our director holds no one on her management team accountable. Of course how can she when she is never here either or supposedly working from home like the rest of them claim. How come I can't work from home? Anyway, it is pointless to even complain. She plays favorites and there is clearly a double standard between what she expects from her management team and the individual employees under her. Good luck trying to argue with those dummies.
The true boobs are on team Tracy. She literally runs an abandoned ship. Her management team is unreal. Those who actually do show up do for two days a week at best. One guy thinks he is a track star, another guy thinks he is a disk golf Olympian. There is another one with a witch nose. There are a few more idiots on that team that don't stand out as much but that lady is never here and either is her team. Clearly none of them are held accountable for anything. It gets old having to cover for these people. When her people are here, they are either in a meeting or at lunch. They need to ax that entire bunch of twits.
