I agree. New leadership has been in place for 12 months now and what do we have to show? Is there a sense of urgency? Amazon continues to move forward from breakfast to lunch.

This company is so top heavy. How many VPs do we really need? Seriously.....
more staff, then the VP's will have to staff the stores & find out what is really is about.
It already has. Look at the results, the competitive position within the industry and employee satisfaction. They have continued to cut benefits to employees who are asked to do more and more with less resources. What else can they cut?
