HT WAS the man, Fast forward 10 years - he's been surpassed by his protege, all his VP cronies are gone, all the store managers and directors he hand picked are gone.
Goal = Outsoure
Don't believe it. They have a few more reductions likely in other benefits but no more people. Everytime they layoff employees, it PERMANENTLY damages employee morale and productivity.
Wave one and then a wave two. The Ides is always a preferred time before the beginning of the new fiscal.
"...can only succeed through its employees". Not much success lately. Lots of layoffs over the past 30 months, too. Hmmm, a correlation perhaps?

They are done until after Fall rush. See how the results are and then take necessary action to keep expenses inline with revenue. It is important to start the new year without new reductions. Follett can only succeed through its employees.
What timeline are they looking at for these so-called big layoffs? If you can't say, don't tease.
