Is GE buying NBT Campus?

Is GE going to get NBT campus when the deal closes?

WFT is a wrecked piece of shit for buying. Not where I would put my money. Good company but financials are a mess. BHI is a prime target for GE, since HAL has softened them up. Interesting perspective on GE buying Hal. That would depend on how many shares internally owned. If not a majority then very plausible.

Either way GE will eventually become a number 2. Not due to their robotic management, but simply the capital they can dedicate to take market share by acquisition.

GE is buying Landmark PSL. The HAL-BHI is dead. Hal is going after #4 Weatherford.

If GE is looking for a bargain, Halliburton is it. Hal does not need to buy Baker to be number 2, they already are. Halliburton will always be No. 2, the company you go to when you need to keep SLB honest. GE should buy Halliburton, dump the name, and become the dominant oil field supplier with a diverse group of business activities to keep them up when the oil field goes through one of these major slumps every 30 years or so ( and the minor slumps that occur in between).

That seems reasonable as GE could simply combine campuses into one mega campus. A friend of mine at GE mentioned they could turn new campus into GE oil gas world wide headquarters.

If Real Estate is conducting the negotiations, then GE will get the campus, plus several millions in cash. That's the Hatfield way... Maggie that is!
