@1fmm, don't take your anger out on me, be mad at your fellow scabs for losing the customer. Did I ever say that I was happy the customer went to the competition? Nope! I fixed the issue for the customer in about a minute. Almost 10 hours of wasted time on behalf of your fellow scabs is what lost the business. Get out there and enter a couple Sell One More's. On the other hand, don't bother, no installs are being done. Dumb F'ing scab, go to bed, boy!
1shd, you think VZ would let management employees leave without having their regular jobs covered? Wow, the Union executive hacks have really earned their $.
@ ClosingButNotRepairing
You and your neighbor are dumb as phuck. Seriously you rather have customer support the competitors instead of the company who pays you and funds your pension. Real smart guy over here huh. Also bragging about how he went to the company who has the worst reputation and service to go with it called Comcast. Don't get me on TMobile another company who sucks and has a CEO who is vocal about how bad the union sucks just like thier network. But hey don't you worry you will get everything your little heart desires my boy.
Lowell must be working troubles too
We fed ourselves that same BS in 2011. It wasn't true then and even less true now.
Was this number reported by the North Korean news Agency?
As an added bonus, the jobs those managers would normally do are not being done, and Verizon takes not of that -- these are people who will be considered expendable during the next RIF.
Bring back Ed prunty! He will give 110% not 97% and show everyone management and union what a bunch of scum he thinks of all of you!
4 scabs at my neighbors house for almost 5 hours for no data. They left the job without fixing the issue. Customer also sat on hold yesterday for 1 hour and another 2 hours trouble shooting. During one of our "very highly successful self installs," the customer was moved over to ethernet from moca when upgrading from 75/75 to 150/150 but was never instructed to connect the cat5 at the ont or bhr. Upon coming home, my neighbor asked for my help. I immediately saw the ethernet port on the ont was active, connected the cat5 and service was up immediately. Took me about 1 minute to trouble shoot and fix. In the meantime, the customer ordered Comcast service to be installed on Monday and also switched their 4 mobile devices over to T-mobile. If this is your idea of management doing a great job, no wonder so many keep getting RIFF'd.
Eric Sheehan or patty Regan?
Actually those numbers are pretty close for the entire area. In fact Verizon management walked away from the negotiation this weekend -- they aren't exactly worried.
Do you think maybe technicians have friends on the management side? Some managers were actual techs, and we still keep in touch. So trying to spin company info in useless on that subject. Another poster who posts something stupid and checks back to see response.

AWESOME SAUCE V-TEAM! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE! HAVE ANOTHER KOOL AID AT THE TAILGATE MEETING!
I know for a fact that this is NOT true for the overall strike impacted areas. I look at the numbers daily and we are backlogged big time!
