I’ll never forget when we were first introduced to MLS. She said her goal was to make Follett stock worth more. When Microsoft’s founder Bill Gates was asked what he did to make his company’s stock worth more he laughed and said he dreams of really cool software and the stock value takes care of itself. That’s fundamental flaw in Follett’s process. They brought in leadership that’s going to lay off half the damn company so the 5th and 6th generation Folletts get their dividend checks. They’ve stopped dreaming of really cool software. So which model is more successful?
