Non-Union employees on EWA should wish for a long strike so they can save money for the RIF they will experience when the strike ends. RIFs of Non-Union employees help pay for new Union demands

I have to hand it to the union. I never thought they would have the balls to walk. Please please hold strong on job security. Without this anything you get for benefits won't mean jack. Believe it or not almost all managers with maybe the exception of high excexutives. Without you guys we don't have jobs and we all loose. Don't give that back!!!!!!
