Take good care of our customers and remember: Verizon collared shirt, out of garage in 20 minutes, no calls to drc or fsc, no idling, no bathroom stops, steel toes, gloves, glasses, 188, careful drilling (don't want you hitting power, water, gas, etc.), ladder straps, cones, back-in parking, 1.25 dqs, 3.5 triples, Ethernet only on all data jobs, fiber is the only fix (and don't you dare call it fios), close out jobs at customer premise, call ahead process (remember all of these will be recorded and listened to), no excuses about tablets not working, hooks in, have van fully stocked for next day (again...out in 20), report all injuries immediately (be safe), booties at all times in customers home, safety vest, hard hat, while driving no...(eating, drinking, phone talk or text), no alcohol (big brother will be watching and posting on YouTube), return all bad.....(ont's, bbu's, stb's, remotes), Sell One More, cover with customer......(email set up, bhr, remote, widgets, on demand, DVR, fios mobile app, my fios app, etc.), and remember..... do it right the first time. No repeaters! Again, be safe and most of all, have fun. Looking forward to seeing you at your first job.

No idling, what a crock. I saw two verizon trucks at the bottom of my street idling for over two hours last summer with the AC on. Talk about a waste.
What rules? We don't know no stinkin rules! This will be one major cluster muck up. Best wishes to the Union and to my fellow non union coworkers. We will all need it..
