Find a new job and leave.

Congratulations on the new job. That was the best move you've could've made.
There will be people who stay until the last light is turned off. Some skills can't be transferred so easily, and there are those who can't relocate. I pity you because you see no other choice.
And for those who are couples - married or dating - and both at Follett, you'd better reevaluate your path before you both lose a job. There are a few left, but look at what happened in last RIF. I know of at least 2 that had one person let go. Be smart now.
