Think about it. Fran Shammo is totally just like MCI's convicted Bernard Ebbers. Don't believe me? Look up MCI Worldcom in Wikipedia. Except Verizon has far Les cash and way more debt than MCI did when it emerged from bankruptcy court.

Ebbers was WorldCom not MCI. With his lies he bought MCI
And they're probably spending more on the legal fees for their "labor consultants" than it would cost to just pay the workers. We won't even get into the failures of buying Vodafone out, AOL, Yahoo, and Awesome TV.
