Don't forget the returning books past return dates or in not original condition. Thats always a good one when we follow policy only to be told by corporate to make the returns anyway. If the dlc sells the wrong item they should take the return hit. Not the store.
And don't forget the poor condition books dlc rents that are returned to the store but doc refuses the return from the store due to condition
