Yes, done deal. As mentioned, everyone is vacating from Oak Park by July 1. Not sure about about the buyers for the building though. Perfect spot for a Chinatown mall though. Y'all get ready for van pool traffic!

Yes, it's official. The Landmark people already know that they're moving to NB at the end of this month. Other groups will follow and the building will be vacated by the end of July. At least that is the current plan.
