honest? Tell that to the VP that told us that our head count would remain steady for the next year, days before 41 people were let go. That is the level of honesty we have at Follett.

Seems like a mucho VP meetings this week and really quiet? Are they working on a list of whose next?
How about SOME type of communication from leadership? Do you care about your employees at all? Do they deserve to hear news about THEIR company their careers, their livelihoods? Anything? What happened to honest, open communication?
Looking forward to the Happy New Fiscal Year signs. Just makes me smile!
