Well it's coming.

It's here.

Oil is going up.

The jobs are coming back.

Not sure about geniuses but C&C layoffs didn't begin to touch the useless desk sitters in the click. That office is made up of mostly wanna bees. I left over two years ago because unless you kiss up to ops marine construction you sit idle. Experience and ability are irrelevant ! The price of oil can't make the leftovers any smarter. It just makes profitability more important. The bottom line has never been important here. Mistakes have cost big bucks !

Wow. So it's not due to the price of oil. Oceaneering were crazy not to keep these geniuses.

Agree way too much money on C&C purchase. It was a fraction of the company represented in the sale. It was a bad decision. Looks like C&C layoffs are starting at the TOP. Word on the street is C&C in serious trouble. OI is imploding with lack of competent leadership. Leadership ( executives) still spending money like it is the boom time. Rome is burning...

We you'd think they'd learn well, they've lost it all.

Oceaneering has sold out, another lay off in a few weeks.

Don't be surprised if you come to work and there are locks on the gates.

Man oh man just look around.

Oceaneering is dead and gone!!!!!!!

Zombies just there no work.

what purchase are you talking about @GEeusD2-2ppw?

Oceaneering is a shell of a company compared to years ago. The ineffective, unqualified, inexperienced, fiscally irresponsible leadership is killing the company. Spending the kind of money they spent on the recent purchase was irresponsible. They need to bring in better executive management and right this sinking ship! It used to be a great place to work.

58 total....don't know if all in Houston. They are definitely in trouble letting the quality of talent walk out the door in this round of layoffs.
