Most companies who are failing shake up the top first, get rid of poor leadership at the get go. This company started towards the bottom laying off employees who made the company run just following poor directives from the top heavy upper management. I don't get it.

Where is RG? Been a year and what do we have for direction? Some offsite meeting that only a few leaders were invited to with no output or plans from the meeting.
