Here's the scoop:
Scotty & Glo gave the order that no welding is to be done in the Northeast's shops or in the field except by " Certified Welders".
Well, they designated the only "Certified Welder".
( there were certified welders / sub contractors working in the shops, but they didn't " cooperate " ).
The welder built a brand new facility just outside Halliburtons gate in Zanesville.
Can you imagine, a "one man show" building a new shop in a very exclusive, expensive piece of real estate, minutes from I 70?
Low and behold, the "one man show" "certified welder" had a couple " not so silent partners".
The silent partners no longer work here, they were exposed, apparently by people with a case of the "red ass.
Oh well, although they made everyone do their I Learns ( Business Code of Conduct ) they didn't practice what they preached............................

The welder strikes again!!!
I find it funny that they moved him to Zanesville, he bought a huge house and now six months later he's out the door. WTF is the purpose of moving people to cut them within a year? Waste of money if you ask me, but what do I know. I guess I'm just a hammer swinger and those kind of thoughts are above me.
