The Grand Junction Camp will be closed this year. I am hearing after July. It will be closed in 2016 That is what i have heard in Houston. This is not just a rumor it is fact.

I dont know where you get your info from but Rock Springs isn't going anywhere, either is Williston or Brighton. They will be taking in the camps that are closing and moving different psls to other camps.
Halliburton will drive Miles upon Miles to catch a job. My Gawd it dont matter how far the job is and what the drive is like !! Yes that is how Halliburton rolls anyone that has been with the company long enough knows this pure FACT ! Also these so called few jobs that are being spoken about. They are smaller Companies taking the job from Halliburton. Hate to say it but Halliburton has burned all of their bridges in Farmington, and the Grand Junction areas big time with the BIG BULLY BIG RED ACT ! The smaller companies are kicking assright now. Halliburton is DONE in this area !! DONE DEAL !!
Since the rumor is that Rock Springs is closing, this would only leave Ft. Lupton (Brighton)
IF this turns out to be true, those drivers will be looking at some serious driving time, to, and back from jobs, not to mention having to fight the traffic in and out of Denver, and on I-70.
With Vernal and Farmington also closing who will cover the small amount of work left on the western slope? Rock Springs? Odessa? El Rino?
