Ours was inner city young mothers. Minorities, on public assistance, varying motivation levels to actually get a job. Good chunk were functionally illiterate because the school sucks. The social skills required for a workplace were non-existent.
Had a student show up for a mock job interview in a mesh body stocking. Student got dismissed from a work site because she refused to do a basic task, saying it was beneath her. Another was dismissed because she threw a fit about the job site not having a lunch room---she ate her lunch on the toilet in protest. We had more than one jerry springer style fight...
