WBG/VES is still the biggest nightmare going right now. They wanted to change the "culture" of VES by adding new folks and a new name, yet NOTHING has changed if anything its gotten more aggressive and the "Leadership" is vicious, not to mention the work load is ridiculous. Travel is out of control and $$$. Hoping it will fail and someone smart will come along and yank that egotistical Fox out of the helm..so far numbers indicate pure failure.

I agree with you all, ves hasn't seemed to learn the vicious cult (ure) and vulture they belong to....Verizon seeks heroes and solutions but they glorify and form new leaders and organizations just as much and not even more than they implode on themselves....reminder of vlss, change mgmt, social media room in basking ridge....it's was all a joke, everything is a joke there....and if you made it thru, u weren't laughing, u r just a scapegoat...they love scapegoating = ves
I have been around when conference calls are on speaker and the VES/WBG directors should be fired. Heard screaming and belittling. Cant blame sales folks for not meeting unatianable goals that were set by an egomaniac trying to prove himself. If hear "we are hunters" one more time I may go crazy. Thinking that telling a group of people on a conference to go find another job if they don't like it might be an HR complaint since people were moved into this role not asked but forced into it. What a joke.
The culture of Failure in VES is endemic. How a loser, Bankrupt, crowd of failures, continue to be employed on the Verizon dime, is shocking. Every single Director and above should have been thrown out of this company years ago. They are nothing but welfare cases living off the hard work of the Landline Business that bought them. Hey, do you hear me now Bob Mills ?
