The question is are they capable of reinventing themselves...It seems that their best days are well behind them. It is a much different environment now.

Good- that they have been removed from this probation- but they never should have put themselves in this position to begin with! AEG reminds me of a small child who tries to get away with whatever they can- and is often punished and then 'reforms' in that area...but the stakes are much higher of course- millions of good people have their degrees from here--time to stop playing 'small child', grow up and run an institution of higher learning--or get out the business...

No one wants to see the University of Phoenix fail. They are pioneers of innovation in delivering higher education. I'm certain Camden, and the rest of the gang just want to help those who were wronged seek restitution, and assist in ending the corrosive and illegal business practices that have plagued the school, it's students, and the entire country. Kudos to UoP leaders for cleaning up their act for the DOD. Hope they were sincere in their efforts and it's not just another smoke screen created by their political team. I truly hope UoP is diligent and swift in offering restitution to their victims, especially Veterans.

Now Camden is playing the morality card because his crusade is failing miserably. That weak.

@Feeling good, any former military person with a sense of honor should either quit UoPX, blow the whistle, or do both. It should be interesting to see what comes out of the Aldrich and Nolan case as well as the CA Attorney General. If you have any information for the case in California, especially, please let me know.

So what? It is still a rotten scam and still losing money.
