Stop being so hypocritical and stop pretending you care about your employees because you are not - #StopCorporateLies. Walmart's propaganda slogans tell us that you care about #employees and their families but you are not doing anything to really help them - it's all cheap labor for you - you do not give us hours and your pay sucks.

They sleep because they don't care. To them (the executives), Walmart is just a "pit stop resume builder." Just look at how many SVP's and EVP's this company has gone through in the past 5-7 years. And unlike Sam, they don't have skin in the game and will "trash" the company with stupid, sales generating ideas that make -0- sense. Want examples? Let's start with Edwardo Castro-Wright's idea to make WM look more like Target by eliminating Action Alley; or "so and so's" idea to build smaller-format stores in one-horse towns with stagnant, declining populations; or building Neighborhood Markets 1-3 miles from existing Supercenters (ever heard of product cannibalism?) At the end of the day, these execs don't care about the damage they will cause, because by the time reality sets in, they will be on to the next company, and will wreck it the same way they wrecked Walmart. And let's not forget about those poor soles "left behind" to pick up the pieces; either because of family, insecurity or all the above.
I am not an employee, but believe that cuts should start at the top. Last year Corporate spreads of want to do more for employees by raising hourly rate for them. Well, I see this is how they do it, they cuts jobs and close stores, affecting the people that actually keep Walmarts functioning. Corporate, your true colors are showing. You could save a lot by cutting from the top down. How do you sleep at night?
