Oh im sure it's still going on! I'm shocked they haven't had more age discrimination lawsuits before this with just from what I've seen go on.
And the irony is most of the pos senior mgmt are in the over 45 age bracket!
Excellent post. Hopefully this case will get more visibility. I hope this becomes a class action. I am sure AT&T did this to thousands of other older workers as a way to save pension and insurance costs.
