ATO leadership constant Discrimination, no opportunity for advancement based on merit, passing the blame from "clueless managers" who have inconsistent message to employees, it's who you know. AT dedication, sacrifice and loyalty to this company means nothing. Evetyone is replaceable. No appreciation and honesty. Instead lied to and set up for failure. Prepare to be blindsided by leadership. One day your the best the next day your nobody. Dont kill yourself, many of bright professionals that left the company voluntarily last year, after the no sense surplus, are employed today
