What a freaking joke. Promoted to this org from a mam role where I was getting the job done and was comfortable. Gave me a bunch of shit accounts that buy nothing, boss is on the other side of the country, appointment expectations are insane and unrealistic. To add insult to injury, they held off discussing our new comp structure until they had already back filled our old positions! Talk about shady! O and that promotion? Lies Lies Lies. Absolutely $0 dollars more than what I made before. Promotion my ass. More like a lateral move just with a lot more responsibility.
We delayer and let thousands of good people go yet we add an unnecessary sales layer with this new WBG crap? The stupidity is unreal.
