The sad part is now every one is acting busy. The work that does not make sense. The people and their supervisors are all playing a ritual. Everyone knows that they are digging a black hole for new revenue. The most funny thing was when an IT CIO RV said that some of the projects were in Red because she could not complete hiring enough staff in time. Just keep acting as if everything is normal. Get your package when your time comes. Be contended. This management is trying to put rocket fuel into a steam based locomotive. That does not make it a rocket.

Dude, Senior Manager ? Like what ? a Director ? This CEO is a product of 90's Technology, like Ameritel and the dot com bubble. no technical training nor managerial smarts. if you are one of the protected peoples you move ahead. if you are a regular american you move back. that is unless you work in the c suite. what a freak show this once great company has become. i guess this is what happens when you push all of the top players out of the executive positions and back fill them in with the back benchers and third word players. what a sick place to be. what is next? hiring children and chaining them to their chairs like they do in asia and the middle east? i shoudnt give them any ideas should i?
Horrible managers is the new standard in my opinion, many and most with no technical training whatsoever,...You know how you are!!!
